Chiller plant controllers

Controllers designed to read, manage and control activity sequencing (i.e. between cooling tower, water pumps, chiller pumps and chillers) for the monitoring and management of energy consumption. Variable volume controllers

The XTEC-UC is available in 3 models - 18 I/O points, 24 I/O points and 36 I/O points.

All XTEC-UC models can operate as a standalone application, used in conjunction with any open, interoperable LONWORKS® or BACnet® network system or with other XTEC series of DDC controllers.

XTEC-RC

The XTEC-RC rotational controller is part of the ADF XTEC series of DDC controllers which is designed specifically for HVAC and lighting building automation systems.

XTEC-RC provides general control logics and lead/lag rotation control function for many HVAC applications.

The XTEC-RC is available in 3 models - 18 I/O points, 24 I/O points and 36 I/O points.

All XTEC-RC models can operate as a standalone application, used in conjunction with any open, interoperable LONWORKS® or BACnet® network system or with other XTEC series of DDC controllers.

XTEC-VAV

The XTEC-VAV variable air volume controller is part of the ADF XTEC series of DDC controllers which is designed specifically for HVAC building automation systems.

It is an application specific DDC controller caters for pressure-independent Variable Air Volume terminal box. A differential pressure pitot tube sensor in the VAV terminal box connected to the HI and LO ports of the on-board differential pressure transducer enables XTEC-VAV to measure rate of air flow accurately.

Temperature set point adjustment and space temperature value can be used to control XTEC-VAV via ADF wall mount command module or thermostat.

XTEC-VAV model can operate as a standalone application, used in conjunction with any open, interoperable LONWORKS® or BACnet® network system or with other XTEC series of DDC controllers.

XTEC-VAT12

The XTEC-VAT12 is part of the ADF XTEC series of thermostats which is designed specifically for VAV controllers in HVAC and lighting building automation systems.

The XTEC-VAT12 thermostat is designed to be used with XTEC-VAV controller. It displays both current ambient temperature and set point temperature respectively.

The ambient temperature is measured using its in-built sensor while set point temperature can be adjusted through the up/down buttons provided.

XTEC-VAT12 model can operate as a standalone application or with other XTEC series of DDC controllers.

XTEC-PMD

The XTEC-PMD power meter is part of the ADF XTEC series of DDC controllers which is designed specifically for HVAC and lighting building automation systems.

XTEC-PMD provides accurate measures and monitor voltages, currents and power consumption of various HVAC applications to assist in performing energy saving and optimization.

XTEC-PMD can operate as a standalone application, used in conjunction with any open, interoperable LONWORKS® Network system or with other XTEC series of DDC controllers. It also provides 1 optically isolated RS232/RS485 serial port for standard Modbus-RTU communication protocol.

CD02 / CO2

CD02 is a CO2 Transmitter/Detector designed for HVAC, ventilation systems, either for commercial or residential building. The CO2 sensing element uses the Non-Dispersive Infrared Technology (NDIR) with ABC logic self-calibration system to ensure long time stability.

EFM01

EFM01 is a Series Intelligent Electromagnetic Flow Meter comprises of sensor and smart signal transducer. It can be classified into two structures which is integral type and remote type according to the set up form of the sensor and transducer. For integral type electromagnetic flow meter, transducer and sensor are assembles as a whole and cannot be separated. Likewise, for remote type electromagnetic flow meter transducer, it composes a product through a special electric cable and sensor.

UFM01

UFM01 is an Ultrasonic Flow Meter designed to measure the velocity of liquid within a closed pipe. UFM01 applies the well-known transit time measurement principle. The balanced lower-voltage multi-pulse igniting is adopted to satisfy the continuous industrial flow and heat quantity measurement of clean and uniform liquids without high density of suspension particles and gas.

ADFvision

ADFvision is a graphical user interface application software with alarm management, logging data, reporting tools, secured database and user management functions. ADFvision operates on the BACnet® and LONWORKS® communication protocols.

ADFvision is part of a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system (i.e. an industrial automation control system for remote monitoring and control that operates with coded signals over telecommunication channels) to provide trending, diagnostic data and management information.
